For NASA's Earth Observing 1 space mission, Microtel engineers are supporting the development, test and upload of the NASA JPL Advanced Science Experiment and the NASA Aims Livingstone on-orbit diagnostic software. To support develop and test of the software, Microtel with the aid of the AKAT Corporation designed, built and tested a new Mongoose-5 development system. These systems are used on the ground to simulate the EO-1 C&DH and WARP computers and their associated I/O mechanisms. A total of five systems were built and delivered.
